During the 16 years since graduation from medical school, Dr. Amaya has had the opportunity and privilege to work with a variety of family units including single moms, single dads, foster care providers, step parents, and grand parents as custodians. As a pediatrician she has developed an astute professional ear for questions and concerns (both voiced and unvoiced) relating to various aspects of her patient’s health and well-being. Providing answers and anticipatory guidance constitute a large part of patient encounters.

Dr. Amaya resides in San Bernadino County, with her husband, Willie, and their three children, Breanishea, Tatyana, and Giovante.
